Can I return my order?

If, for any reason you wish to return an item, then please email use returns in your account 

All orders must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging and include a note containing your name, order number and reason for return within 30 days of your order date.

Please contact us first to obtain the address of one of our return partners.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage as well as the packaging and open a return in your account 

Returns are at your expense to return and always obtain proof of postage.

Once your returned order is back with us we will process your refund.

Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your refund.

 

Can I cancel my order?

We work fast to produce your artwork or printed items as we don’t like to make our customers wait. So cancellation may not always be possible. If this is the case you can always return the item to us. Please contact us first to obtain the address of one of our return partners.

If your order has not been shipped we are of course happy to look into cancelling your order.

In the first instance, please contact us please make sure you include your full name and order number.
